All published prices include a 4% cash discount. We offer this up front discount to our customers on all orders but you have the option to waive the discount and pay with credit card, if you wish.
The preferred method of payment is ACH (a link will be included on your invoice). If for some reason, you prefer not use this method, you can discuss other payment options with our office when they contact you.
Shipping rate quoted is for standard sizes (less than 48″ in length). Tops between 48″ and 96″ will incur an additional cost of approximately 50% because they have to ship on an oversized pallet for protection. Tops that are over 96″ in length incur an additional charge of about 75%.
Residential deliveries incur an additional $100 charge as reflected on quote and invoice.
Single Piece samples will incur an additional $50 charge.
If ordering 8 chairs or less, we need to get a shipping quote from the trucking company as our shipping calculator will not work. Do not use shipping cost quoted on site.
Storage Fees on any items not shipped out within 72 hours of notification that order is ready to ship = $5/day.
We will email you an invoice once we confirm with you that order is correct.
Orders are warehoused and shipped by our partner, Galaxy Global Logistics. You do NOT have to use their services for shipping. You can also request the weights and dimensions and arrange your own shipping but would be fully responsible for ANY damages or claims with your own shipper if you choose to do so.
All orders are available for pick up FOB our facility unless being shipped. No orders will be allowed to leave our facility unless full payment is made. If arranging your own shipping, we recommend ALL shipments be insured. Freight companies are notorious for damaging goods and leaving you on the hook after you’ve signed for them.
